It is Christmas this week! Ahhhh!! Yes, I am super excited! I want to enjoy every second and be present in every moment. Last week, I shared the first part of my Christmas Tour and you can check it out HERE if you missed it.
This year I added some white touches to my dark dining room furniture. Draping a throw and adding a pillow to an end chair makes such a difference in the overall feel of the room.
I stuck with gold and green in this room, just like our living room.
I love boxwood anything and I use these decorations throughout the year. I placed one of the trees on a gold pedestal and that elevated the look, literally.
I placed an ornament on each place setting. These ornaments are too heavy for our Christmas tree but I am glad that they work here!
In a corner that leads to the family room, I have a bookshelf with all my cookbooks which also got a little Christmas color.
You can read about my cookbook bookshelf HERE.
In a few days I will share pictures of the rest of the house – I had to break up this post because of all the pictures. I hope you enjoyed them all!

Love the gold and green touches. I’m a huge fan of boxwoods too, I miss seeing them here in Portugal. 🙂 Your style is so warm and inviting.
