    I like the practicality of this post and it encourages us as mom’s to continue to press in and continue to work with ourselves and our children to develop and maintain healthy habits for good health, including the mouth. The four essential oils are important to understand because it isn’t just a green liquid, it has health benefits that are derived in nature – Eucalyptol, Menthol, Thymol, Methyl Salicylate; these bring a healthy balance to the chemistry in our mouths.     I love the Vanilla Mint the best, but it is hard to find. The four oils are eucalyptol, menthol, thymol and methyl salicylate. I would love to win a gift card as keeping your mouth healthy has become more and more expensive as time goes on and the older I get the more care I need ! 🙂

    Listerine made a an early entrance into my life as it was always near the bathroom sink in my childhood home. It has always proven to be dependable for good oral health. The 4 oils are menthol, eucalyptol, thymol, and methyl salicylate

    I grew up with Listerine! I never knew they had essential oils in them…that was interesting to learn. The four oils are eucalyptol, menthol, thymol, and methyl salicylate.
